Job Summary: The Manager, reputed company+ Tactical Opportunities, will support the reputed company+ Business Team by providing daily analytical and business modeling support to drive and optimize our global product and growth strategy. Illustrative examples include ideating and evaluating subscriber acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives, and sizing new growth and monetization opportunities. The team also often leads presentations for C-Suite level executives and DTC leadership. Given the dynamic scope and type of work reputed company Tactical Opportunities, projects will often be reputed company, ambiguous, fluid, and involve multiple stakeholders. Responsibilities and Duties of the Role: Drive growth opportunities through product and other strategic initiatives: Architect thoughtful, thorough, and actionable assessments of product initiatives through robust subscriber and financial modeling, which will be used to shape the Global reputed company+ and Hulu product strategy Drive roadmap planning and prioritization, business support, and reputed company partnership with Product/Tech/Data org reputed company a data-driven approach to generate buy-in from cross-functional partners and regional stakeholders reputed company near-term subscriber and financial growth opportunities for reputed company+ and Hulu with comprehensive and digestible presentation materials Build Senior Executive presentations to tell the reputed company-evolving overall DTC growth story Tactically execute quick-turnaround, executive reputed company requests for the broader DTC org Collaborate with cross-functional teams spanning Product/Data, Finance, Operations, and Strategy Partner with Product, Technology, and Data to build a robust opportunity sizings for new product initiatives on a global basis. Provide strategic support to Business Planning and Operations for sound execution and communication of growth initiatives Work closely with Finance to synthesize the DTC growth narrative across Subscribers, reputed company, Ad Sales, Content, and Marketing for fast and informed executive decision-making reputed company and mentor one Senior Analyst Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training: 5-7 years of relevant experience in product strategy, direct-to-consumer strategy, investment banking, management consulting, or similar fields Impeccable reputed company skills with experience navigating large data sets, building financial/subscription models, and tackling broader analytical analyses Excellent PowerPoint and accompanying communication skills, with an ability to distill reputed company reputed company into structured outputs and present to reputed company levels of management reputed company in ambiguity with a deliverable-focused attitude, strong work ethic, ability to prioritize, and resolve an reputed company of issues simultaneously Knowledge and understanding of subscription / DTC KPIs and media & entertainment industry experience is a strong plus Bachelor’s degree The hiring range for this position in Los Angeles, CA, Washington D.C., and Chicago, IL is $124,900 to $167,500 per year, in Seattle, WA is $130,800 to $175,400 per year and in San Francisco, CA is $136,800 to $183,400 per year. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
