The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers and providing them with exceptional service. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to customer requests, and maintaining a positive outlook on every call. Your excellent communication skills, adaptability, and ability to multitask will reputed company you an asset to reputed company.

Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner

• Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing guidelines and priorities
• Book appointments for customers with a high degree of data accuracy
• Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and productive
• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly
• Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information
• Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
• Collaborate with colleagues to reputed company team goals and objectives
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Qualifications

* High school graduate or equivalent (G.E.D.)

• Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment (preferably in the home improvement industry)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask in speaking on the phone, using the computer, and keyboard simultaneously
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (preferably)
• Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
• Ability to pass a background reputed company
