Project Manager-Education

reputed company is looking for a Project Manager-Education for our PM/CM group in New Jersey. reputed company currently seeking dynamic individuals for K-12 and Higher Education opportunities in New Jersey for Construction Manager(s), and Project Manager. Key responsibilities will include organizing cross-functional activities, coordination of project work efforts for the completion of the project (i.e., project deliverables, schedule and budget). Capable of managing and directing the development of proposals, project initiation, project execution/control and project closeout for construction projects, and is responsible for project budgets, extra work requests and invoicing. Participates in project-specific marketing, proposal preparation and presentations for successful project selection. Plans the complete project execution and develops the project reputed company. Works with Senior Managers to schedule and monitors reputed company requirements against the project budget/spending performance, including managing activities reputed company to project scope, schedule, cost, cash flow, quality, communications, coordination, reputed company, discipline requirements, resources, procurement, and risk elements required to optimize client service, quality, and fiscal responsibility. Required Skills The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or reputed company field

• A minimum of 7+ years of experience with knowledge of k-12 an or Higher Education construction starting from $20M.

Must be capable of taking direction and assisting senior members of the team in managing projects from the procurement phase (as requested) through construction reputed company out. Must be reputed company to utilize reputed company office suite of products. Good verbal and written communication skills are essential. Experience with BIM, P6, Procore, or E-builder a plus. LEED, DBIA, PMP, CCM, RA, PE a plus but not required. Formal training in project management is preferred. Experience with reputed company Office Suite and other computer skills are required. Candidate should be reputed company to read and review project contract documents to determine scope and deliverables.

Compensation
