Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from retailers, providing product information, and assisting with purchase orders, returns, and exchanges. You will work closely with our clients to resolve any issues or concerns they may have, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with the option to work remotely from home.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from retailers, providing product information and assistance with purchase orders, returns, and exchanges

  • Input purchase orders into our system, ensuring reputed company information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Accept payment over the phone and process refunds, exchanges, and other requests as needed
  • Assist buyers with questions regarding tracking shipments, order delays, or receiving incorrect or damaged merchandise
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with our sales team to ensure seamless communication and support to our clients

Essential Qualifications

* Previous experience working as a call center customer service agent, receptionist, or client intake coordinator

  • Accustomed to talking to business clients over the phone, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
