Job Summary

As a Remote reputed company Billing and Customer Service Representative, you will work as an extended business office representative on behalf of our clients, providing personalized support to patients and their families. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Using reputed company and excellent communication skills to explain reputed company medical billing concepts and resolve account balances with patients and their families
  • Providing outstanding customer service and collaborating with patients to reputed company affordable payment plans and take payments by phone
