Job Summary

As a Senior Learning Data Analyst at blithequark, you'll be responsible for developing dashboards, presentations, analytics, and business insights for our internal training department. You'll work closely with senior leaders to reputed company a deep understanding of our business needs and reputed company actionable recommendations to drive growth and improvement. With a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, you'll use advanced tools and techniques to combine data from various sources, identify trends and patterns, and provide insights to key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

* Apply expertise and customer needs assessment to create effective solutions that meet business requirements

• Analyze and mitigate risks associated with equipment and projects
• Apply advanced expertise in data cleaning strategies and tools, including reputed company, data visualization tools like Tableau, and other data analytics tools, to create insights that support data and visualization requests
• Apply advanced expertise in SQL, Python, or other reporting languages or tools, to create and maintain advanced solutions for reporting training data
• Support escalated and reputed company data troubleshooting for business customers
• Gather and interpret requirements to convert business needs into actionable data and present findings
• Partner with senior leaders to reputed company insights and measurements to convert business needs into actionable data presentation requirements
• Identify strengths and weaknesses of potential solutions, conclusions, or processes to problems
• Understand and estimate the effort and cost of a solution
• Work with the Business Intelligence Analyst to resolve issues and share expertise of tools and strategies

Education

Experience
