As a Customer Service Representative, you will work from the comfort of your own home in Illinois, handling inbound calls from patients who are in need of assistance with prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls from patients, providing empathetic and professional support to address their concerns and resolve their issues
• Process prescription refills, manage order status, and handle insurance coverage inquiries

Requirements and Qualifications

Training and Support

Once you have completed your training, you will be assigned to a schedule that includes overnight shifts, Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am EST.
