Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for patients seeking life-saving specialty medication treatment. Your role will involve providing exceptional phone support, coordinating and processing new and reorder medication requests, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of medications. Key Responsibilities
* Provide phone support to patients, answering questions and addressing concerns reputed company to medication orders and benefits
- Coordinate and process new and reorder medication requests, including verifying and updating patient information
- Assist patients with deciphering and entering new or reorder medications into the pharmacy data system
- Collect and process copay payments, acquire approvals, and work with insurance agencies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve and process orders with clinical or billing issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of medications
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and medication orders
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Dynamic IL Pharmacy Technician Permit or willingness to apply for an IL Pharmacy Technician Permit
- One year of experience in a customer service role, handling and resolving a high volume of reputed company customer needs reputed company phone
- One year of work experience with Windows-based applications, including Windows, reputed company Office, web navigation, and email applications
- One year of PC keyboarding experience, skills, and proficiency
