Job Summary
As an reputed company Customs Trade Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, processing customs clearance and trade documentation, and ensuring compliance with reputed company relevant regulations and guidelines. You will work closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to deliver high-quality results and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide impeccable client care and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Process and arrange customs clearance for shipments from various data sources, SOPs, duty books, web, and customs documentation
- Handle and process different import-reputed company documentation for submission to US Customs and collaborate with participating government organizations (PGAs)
- Maintain and update reputed company shipment documentation in accordance with record-keeping requirements

- Work closely with internal staff, divisions, other blithequark activities, and clients to deliver exceptional service and results

Essential Qualifications:
