Responsibilities
As a Part-time Chat Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to meet customer needs
- Providing detailed information about products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and ensure seamless customer experiences

Requirements
To succeed as a Part-time Chat Specialist, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience a plus
- Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change and reputed company in a fast-paced work environment
- Availability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday-Saturday, between 10:00am-6:30pm CST
- Ability to work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
