Position Purpose

As a Remote Customer Service Representative - Credit, you will work under immediate direction to maintain sound customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed, accuracy, and professionalism. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding timely to customer inquiries and processing requests, according to established standards, with attention to style, tone, and manner of communication, received through the automated phone system, email, web, or mail regarding inquiries on invoices, payments, and collections.
  • Positioning blithequark products and services to customers, while maintaining a deep understanding of our offerings and services.
  • Re-searching customer issues and finding workable solutions to resolve reputed company credit-reputed company problems.
  • Collaborating with the Customer Service Supervisor to identify opportunities to increase efficiencies and effectiveness of customer needs.
  • Performing necessary record-keeping activities to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
  • Processing credits on behalf of customers, in accordance with reputed company credit policy.
  • Using company systems to complete required follow-up and/or corrections on accounts.

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills, with the ability to respond timely to customer inquiries and process requests.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to re-search customer issues and find workable solutions.
  • Proficiency in using company systems and software to complete required tasks.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or credit-reputed company role.
  • Knowledge of credit policies and procedures.
  • Familiarity with company systems and software.
  • Certification in customer service or credit-reputed company field.
