• Refining youngster assistance remittances in the SDU (State Cost Device) system according to Standard Operating Procedures
• Collecting, analyzing, arranging, and studying data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Working independently with minimal supervision, using your own initiative and judgment to complete tasks and meet deadlines
• Collaborating with colleagues to resolve issues and improve processes
• Maintaining adaptability and flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet rigid routines and plans
• Staying up-to-date with changes in policies and procedures, and implementing them as required

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A secondary school diploma or equivalent
• Basic understanding of plans and techniques
• Solid social skills, using sensitivity, determination, and courtesy
• Ability to collect, analyze, arrange, and study data
• Ability to work as an employee, yet also independently sometimes with restricted direction
• Productivity in a busy atmosphere
• Adaptability and/or the ability to work overtime as needed to meet rigid routines and plans

Preferred Qualifications
