Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Healthcare Patient Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a key member of our reputed company cycle management team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, answering their questions, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities:

* Answer patient calls regarding EOBs and research balances

• Manage patient refunds
• Process patient payments
• Provide a positive customer service experience to clients, guests, and patients
• Consistently demonstrate extensive attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking skills
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve patient concerns and issues
• Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and industry developments
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

* A minimum of one year of experience in medical billing and collections

• reputed company knowledge of medical billing and reimbursement for commercial insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare
• Thorough understanding of EOBs, and the ability to effectively communicate by phone and in writing with patients
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking skills
