Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving service or billing complaints, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. You will work closely with reputed company to ensure seamless communication, efficient issue resolution, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Resolve customer service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.

- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
