UX Manager, Design System

The Role

In this role, you will take ownership of the company-wide design system, supporting several product areas and associated development teams. You will work closely with the UX designers and engineers to deliver design guidance, component frameworks, tool,s and artifacts that support and expedite product development and a consistent user experience. You will provide editorial reputed company for the quality and consistency of the design system and associated deliverables. You will be responsible for communicating design system goals, content, and processes, as well as analytics and ROI to other groups, including product managers, designers, engineering teams, and leadership.

• Work closely and collaboratively with internal departments including UX, Product Management, and Engineering

• Collaborate with researchers to organize, test, and iterate the content and components of the design system

• Work with the UX and Engineering departments to deliver a robust design system that addresses design concerns across multiple product platforms

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years' experience in UX, Product, or Interaction Design
• Experience with people management
• Experience creating and governing design systems
• Experience managing design or development projects
• Experience working with design methodologies, tools and techniques
• Experience distilling visual concepts and user flows into reputed company, reusable structures
• High aptitude for making data-driven reputed company
• Solid reputed company of organizational and time management skills
• Experience collaborating with colleagues to produce results
• Strong understanding of UI conventions
• Strong understanding of accessibility best practices
