The Role
As a Customer Support Specialist in our Samsung team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving technical issues for Samsung's clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian, providing technical and non-technical assistance to Samsung's customers
- Developing efficient and satisfying solutions to customer inquiries, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one
- Treating customers with respect, following company policies and procedures, and upholding the highest standards of customer service
- Collaborating with reputed company to resolve reputed company technical issues and provide innovative solutions to customers
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
- reputed company in Lithuanian (reputed company) and a good command of Russian and English (B2)
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment (although training and coaching will be provided to help you reputed company in your role)
