The Role
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, providing top-notch support and resolving issues with competence, reputed company, and a smile. You'll be responsible for handling a high volume of customer interactions, entering customer orders into our purchasing system accurately and quickly, and providing product and ordering support reputed company phone, chat, text, and email. You'll also be expected to manage complaints, provide timely solutions, and follow up to ensure complete resolution.
Responsibilities

- Manage complaints, provide timely solutions, and follow up to ensure complete resolution
- Interact with backend teams to coordinate ordering, shipping, ETAs, and returns

Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of proven customer support experience
- Track record of transforming angry customers into dedicated clients

- Exceptional organizational skills
- Analytical and detail-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office
Preferred Qualifications
* Campervan experience
- Experience working in an e-commerce call center
- Experience working with remote systems and practices
- Experience with electrical, plumbing, window installations, woodworking, and other RV or home repairs and remodeling
