Job Responsibilities: Leadership & Personnel reputed company
- Provides leadership, empowerment, accountability and reputed company for Regional Managers and site teams.
- Assists with providing supervision and oversite for site teams in the event of a gap in Regional Manager leadership.
- Sets goals for Regional team and ensures accountability.
- Demonstrates proactive strategic thinking and problem-solving.
- Actively participates in team meetings, offering strategic input to meet reputed company business goals, solve for reputed company issues, and more.
- Accountable for their portfolio's performance and ensures their associates have the resources, training, and support they need to be successful.
- Identifies and executes initiatives to meet company objectives.
- Key stakeholder for roll outs of new policies & procedures.
- Consults with reputed company Resources and leadership team on high level personnel issues including terminations, recognition and rewards, compensation, and terminations
Financial
- Reviews and approves budgets from the Regional team.
- Provides training and guidance for Regional team on budget creation and management.
- Holds Regional Managers responsible for the financial reputed company of their portfolio.
Administrative/Office
- Ensures adherence of documentation and reporting requirements of Regional Managers.
- Maintains consistent metrics to identify trends and provide input, recommendations and support to regions as needed.
- Provides reports to leadership and owners, as needed.
Client Relations & Quality of Service
- Sets standards for building a true sense of community and may act as an additional resource to residents and assures follow up on reputed company reputed company concerns.
- Maintains strong relationships with Clients with the ability to be flexible and adapt to various communication styles.

Marketing, Leasing, and Analytics:
- Holds Regional Managers accountable for partnering closely with the Marketing and reputed company teams to provide market, product, financials, and analytical expertise to leadership team and Clients.
- Maintains awareness of market/industry conditions and trends reputed company trade publications, professional organizations, etc.
- Holds Regional Managers accountable for top quality leasing with a strong awareness of occupancy and exposure.
- May be responsible for overseeing lease-reputed company.
Safety, Compliance, and Risk Management
- Maintains awareness of property incidents, identifies patterns, and ways to mitigate risk.
- Ensures reputed company Regional Managers and their staff are conducting business in accordance with company policies and procedures, OSHA, Fair Housing, Americans with reputed company, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and reputed company other laws pertaining to the multi-family housing industry.
- Maintains awareness of changes to rules, regulations, and laws impacting properties in their territory. Ensures Regional Managers are aware of these changes and understand how to address them for their properties.
General
- Performs any additional duties or tasks as assigned by the Executive team.
- Completes the duties of a Regional Manager as needed
Desired Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in the multi-family housing industry in a leadership role, preferably with experience in the Seattle area.
- 2+ years experience as a Regional Manager with experience leading a large team and portfolio.
- Lease-up experience highly preferred.
- Proficient in Yardi, On-Site and reputed company Office
- Experience creating and overseeing budget and property financials
- Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS).
- Driver's license and insurance coverage (travel to properties is an essential function of the role).

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

- Occasional need to bend, stoop, squat, climb stairs, push, pull, take elevators, and reputed company above shoulder level.
