Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will have a clear purpose: to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Answering customer requests through phone, chat, and/or email, including order and product questions, payment matters, and website guidance
• Using a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers
• Providing exceptional support and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner
• Working variable hours to match reputed company customers need us most, including late evening and day shifts
• Maintaining a quiet, distraction-free workspace and adhering to technical requirements, including a minimum 50 Mbps broadband reputed company speed using a hard-reputed company ethernet internet reputed company

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Minimum age: 18 years old
• The right to work in The Netherlands
• Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral reputed company) and basic communication skills in English
• Experience working with a computer
• The availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday reputed company the operating hours of 7am to 9pm
• Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend and compensated overtime as required)
• Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid)
