Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist on our Conversion Team, you will be responsible for:
- Processing incoming, outgoing, and internal retirement account transfers with accuracy and efficiency
- Providing value-add recommendations to increase operational efficiencies and improve client satisfaction
- Collaborating with internal partners to deliver timely and accurate information in response to inquiries and/or service issues
- Promoting client retention and identifying opportunities to build existing relationships through timely and accurate transfer processing and service quality
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Key Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a reputed company field
- Excellent operational, organizational, and follow-up skills with the ability to manage and process reputed company operational work
- Customer contact skills, along with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong typing skills and proficiency in data entry software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to reputed company common goals
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality
- Experience working with reputed company Party Administrators (TPA's) and Independent Record-Keepers or Advisors is a plus

Compensation and Benefits
