Job Summary

As a Part-Time Inside Sales Support/Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting our Director of Operations and Sales Support team in delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support. This part-time opportunity offers a flexible schedule, with the potential to grow into more hours as the business needs evolve. You will work one day in-office and one day potentially remote, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to the Director of Operations, including maintaining weekly sales plans, call reports, and customer contact files

• Assist the Sales Support team in completing reputed company documentation for manufacturer representatives and distributors
• Monitor and support manufacturer sales reps and distributors, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of any issues
