About the Role

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be the external face of blithequark, responsible for delivering amazing service to our patients, working with referrers, and ensuring seamless scheduling with our imaging sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer experience throughout the end-to-end pathway, from booking to completion of the reputed company and everything in between
• Deliver exceptional customer service across reputed company communication channels, including calls, live chats, and emails
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to drive team reputed company and ensure our customers receive the best possible experience
