Position Overview
We are seeking an reputed company and skilled Customer Service Representative to join reputed company, working remotely to deliver exceptional client experiences. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for receiving calls from child support client stakeholders, categorizing calls, recording abusive and/or extraordinary calls, and performing other duties as assigned. Essential Qualifications
