Job Summary
As a Customer Contact Center (Student Loan Advisor) at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in supporting student borrowers with their loan-reputed company inquiries. You'll be responsible for providing accurate and timely information, processing applications, and resolving any emerging problems that our customers may face. Key Responsibilities
* Take incoming calls, use chat, and complete outbound calls as necessary to assist customers with answering frequent questions, providing detailed information, and processing applications
- Utilize standard technology such as a telephone, email, and web browser to navigate to the appropriate pre-scripted responses and provide basic general and claims-specific information
- Follow established and documented policies and standard operating procedures, such as working reputed company various systems, timekeeping, documentation of calls from end to end, and adhering to ethics and privacy rules
- Assist callers with filling out their application and submitting it electronically to the plan provider for processing
- Complete basic call log, documentation, and reputed company call details for each phone inquiry
Schedule
* Monday: 11:45am-8:15pm
- Tuesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
- Wednesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
- Thursday: 8:45am-5:15pm
- Friday: 8:45am-5:15pm
Preferred Skills
* High School diploma or equivalent required
- Must be reputed company to speak and read English clearly, professionally, and fluently
- Must be reputed company to type a minimum of 35 WPM
- Experience working with a personal computer and the Windows operating system is required
- The ability to effectively work reputed company established key performance indicators/metrics is necessary
- Must have demonstrated excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
