Job Summary

As a Customer Relations Advisor at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service to our residents and prospects. You will be responsible for responding to requests for leasing information, service requests, and community-reputed company questions in a timely and professional manner. Your excellent communication skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and customer-focused attitude will reputed company you to create lasting impressions and build strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist potential residents with detailed leasing information for blithequark communities reputed company, including creating quotes and scheduling leasing appointments

• Showcase the value of community features as they relate to customers' needs
• Assist reputed company residents with requests for maintenance, courtesy officers, and other community-reputed company questions and issues
• Accurately capture reputed company and prospect information for communication and record-keeping
• Ensure excellent customer relations by responding to requests by phone, email, and chat in a timely manner and maintaining a customer-focused attitude at reputed company times
• Escalate issues through the appropriate channels reputed company necessary
• Use problem-solving skills and best judgment to handle unpredictable situations as they arise
• Consistently meet reputed company performance standards, including schedule adherence, average handling time, and call quality

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree preferred

• Ability to multi-task, take initiative, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent documentation and written and verbal communication skills

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required
• In the event of an emergency situation, you may be required to work remotely and should have internet access

Compensation and Benefits
