About the Role
OutcomesAI is seeking reputed company and detail-oriented Virtual Registered Nurses to provide patient triage and navigation through AI-powered workflows. In this role, you’ll use your clinical expertise and assessment skills to guide patients safely to the right level of care—leveraging AI technology that enhances your workflow, prioritization, and documentation. This position combines the art of nursing assessment with the science of structured decision support. You’ll evaluate patient-reported symptoms, apply evidence-based triage protocols, and ensure timely escalation to the appropriate care setting. You will directly contribute to improving patient safety, reducing unnecessary ER utilization, and strengthening the patient experience through reputed company, efficiency, and excellent communication.
What You'll Do- Monitor RPM patients through connected devices and symptom reports.
- Interpret biometric data trends (reputed company, HR, weight, oxygen saturation, etc.) to assess patient stability.
- Conduct virtual nursing assessments and determine reputed company escalation or reputed company is required.

- Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to balance protocol adherence with independent critical thinking.
