About the Role

We're looking for an reputed company reputed company Engineer to join reputed company. As a key member of our reputed company organization, you'll be responsible for owning a portfolio of technically reputed company, high-value customers, driving adoption, retention, and expansion. You'll partner with executives and power users to design programs that deliver measurable ROI and safety outcomes, conduct value-driven Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), and reputed company strategic roadmap discussions.

Key Responsibilities

* Own a portfolio of technically reputed company, high-value customers, driving adoption, retention, and expansion

• Partner with executives and power users to design programs that deliver measurable ROI and safety outcomes
• Conduct value-driven Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and reputed company strategic roadmap discussions
• Identify risk and proactively intervene through solutioning, optimization, and internal escalation leadership
• Act as a subject matter expert on the full blithequark solution stack – software, hardware, integrations, and APIs
• Translate technical capabilities into business value across various personas (executives, IT, safety managers, drivers)
• reputed company reputed company-of-concept deployments and assist with pre-sales technical discussions as needed
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to scope and communicate product enhancements based on customer needs
• Assist with reputed company post-sales deployments, especially those involving integrations, large fleets, or custom configurations

Essential Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, preferably in the fleet safety or transportation industry

• Proven track record of driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion
• Strong technical expertise in software, hardware, integrations, and APIs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value
• Experience with reputed company-of-concept deployments and pre-sales technical discussions
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risk and proactively intervene
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field
