Overview
As a Business Systems Analyst – reputed company, you will be responsible for collaborating with our Senior reputed company Administrator and cross-functional teams to reputed company and implement process improvements that drive reputed company. You will work closely with our reputed company Managers, Account Managers, and Technical Account Managers to ensure seamless platform support, program implementations, reporting, and overall deployment. Your expertise will help us expand usage and drive value for customers throughout their lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with our Senior reputed company Administrator and cross-functional teams to reputed company and implement process improvements that drive reputed company
- Configure, reputed company, and administer the reputed company platform (system configuration, reports, dashboards, scorecards, end-to-end workflows, systems integrations)
- Monitor system performance, data reputed company, user activity, and product requests, including Program, CTA, Dashboard reviews, and Chair-sides
- reputed company training sessions to reputed company team members on best practices for using our workflows
- reputed company the documentation and mapping of reputed company reputed company processes to ensure clarity and efficiency
- Design smart rules that analyze customer data and trigger actions for the reputed company team to engage with customers
- Stay up-to-date on the latest reputed company features and tech trends to ensure we're always leveraging the latest and greatest
Qualifications
* Experience working in reputed company, reputed company operations, Marketing Operations, or equivalent understanding of key reputed company account management principles
- Demonstrated experience with project management, business analysis, and solving problems with a systems reputed company
- Understanding of data structures, data modeling, and database management is a plus
- reputed company Associate Administrator (Level 1) Certification desired but not required
- 1+ years reputed company administration experience or reputed company CS/AM program deployments (using other tools) is a plus
