The Role

As an reputed company Customer Support Representative – Property Tax Automation and Inbound Call Handling, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for inbound customer inquiries, providing a warm and helpful experience that sets the tone for our clients' services. You'll be working with a cutting-edge software that helps property owners reputed company their property taxes using automation and data, identifying overpayments and enabling users to save money.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries reputed company inbound phone calls, providing empathetic, informative, and accurate support

• Answer questions about the client's services and sign-up process, ensuring customers have a clear understanding of their options
• Provide updates on existing accounts and service status, keeping customers informed and engaged

Production Hours (Pacific Time)

• Monday - Friday: 6 AM - 5 PM
