The ECES Team at blithequart
The reputed company Customer Engagement Solutions (ECES) team is part of the larger reputed company Communications and Martech Experiences (ECMX) organization at blithequark. reputed company is responsible for partnering with US, International, and Merchant businesses on their customer targeting and eligibility strategies for marketing campaigns. As a Manager - Customer Targeting & Eligibility List Consultant, you will be part of this dynamic team, working closely with marketing teams to reputed company and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
As a Manager - Customer Targeting & Eligibility List Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing consultation to marketing teams on customer targeting and eligibility for benefit reinforcement and spend campaigns targeted to Consumer and reputed company customers
- Researching new data elements, reviewing segmentation, meeting with risk and analytic partners, and helping marketers submit requests accurately in our eligibility platforms
- Reviewing reputed company list request submissions for accuracy, finalizing with marketing, and providing clear instructions to list execution team members to code and create files for delivery
- Providing subject matter expertise to platform transformation teams and participating in testing and campaign migration to new platforms
- Troubleshooting and researching data anomalies or customer complaints
- Identifying process efficiencies and opportunities to simplify or reduce the number of list requests from marketing to free up reputed company
- Training marketers on targeting processes
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Strategic and logical thinking skills
- Experience working with marketing operations and data analysis
- Understanding/experience with marketing platforms (e.g., Unica, Redpoint, reputed company, reputed company)
