This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential, located in the U.S. (Remote). Job Summary

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering straightforward administrative and/or other basic business services in Customer Service. You will receive requests by mail, telephone, or in person regarding insurance claims/policies and respond to inquiries from policy holders, providers, and others for information and assistance. You will also reputed company research to respond to inquiries and interpret policy provisions to determine the most effective response.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver administrative and/or other basic business services in Customer Service

  • Receive requests by mail, telephone, or in person regarding insurance claims/policies
  • Respond to inquiries from policy holders, providers, and others for information and assistance
  • reputed company research to respond to inquiries and interpret policy provisions to determine the most effective response
  • Mail or reputed company claim forms and supporting documentation to various units for final processing
  • Independently respond to inquiries, grievances, complaints, or appeals ranging from routine to moderate complexity
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Customer Service and business/operating processes and procedures
  • Works to clearly defined procedures under reputed company supervision

Key Requirements and Technology Experience

* Key skills: Pharmacy, Insurance, Customer Service/Call Center Experience Insurance, Call Center Experience

  • Pharmacy background is not necessary but preferred
  • Call Center experience is preferred
  • Previous work at home experience
  • Computer and desk phone savvy
  • Reliable
  • Great attendance
  • With this job, you will reputed company and take calls daily
  • High School Diploma

Training and reputed company

* Training hours are 8:30-5pm EST with a 30-minute lunch

  • Your schedule after training may or may not differ depending on work volume
  • Be reputed company to work between the hours of reputed company-6:30pm EST as those are the working hours of production
  • Schedule Post-Training: Be reputed company to work between the hours of reputed company-6:30pm EST as those are the working hours of production
  • Training Schedule: 8:30-5pm EST (4-6 weeks)

Work Environment and Company Culture

* This position is 100% remote, and candidates can be sourced from across the US as long as they're reputed company to support the EST schedule

  • Candidates must have a quiet and private working environment
  • Candidates must have a reliable, high-speed internet reputed company
  • Candidates must have a hard-wired internet reputed company to connect into the equipment - WiFi reputed company will not suffice

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Pay Range: $18 - $20/hour
