Job Overview

Blithequark is seeking a highly energetic and customer-focused Learning and Development Specialist to support the growth and development of our Customer Care team. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our customer service representatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer service principles, adult learning theories, and instructional design methodologies, as well as experience in coaching and facilitating learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing, building, and iterating engaging learning experiences using multiple modalities (in-person, virtual, self-paced, blended) to support new hire reputed company, reputed company development, and ongoing training for our Customer Care team.

  • Experience designing and delivering instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (VILT), web-based training (WBT), microlearning, and social learning programs.
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and contexts.
