What You'll Do
As a Native Japanese Customer Support Consultant, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including emails and chats. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing timely and effective support to customers reputed company emails and chats, ensuring their issues are resolved to their satisfaction
- Building long-lasting relationships with customers by actively listening to their concerns and providing personalized solutions
- Meeting and exceeding team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure high-quality support and customer satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to provide expert guidance and support to customers
- Handling sensitive customer information with confidentiality and discretion
- Applying the latest customer happiness practices to ensure a positive and engaging experience for customers
- Maintaining a working knowledge of our clients' products and services to provide informed support and guidance
- Collaborating with developers and other departments of various IT companies to ensure seamless communication and support
What You Need to Succeed
To reputed company in this role, you'll need:
- Native Japanese and English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Personal or professional experience in the crypto industry, with a deep understanding of its complexities and nuances
- Analytical and research skills to effectively troubleshoot and resolve reputed company technical issues
- A positive and responsible attitude, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and support
- A personal laptop or computer with a minimum of 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet reputed company (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
