Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to patients, reputed company providers, and insurance carriers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues reputed company to billing and insurance coverage
• Researching and communicating reputed company information in a clear and concise manner, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of customer concerns
• Collaborating with other departments to resolve reimbursement opportunities and ensure seamless communication between stakeholders
• Initiating payment plans for patients with outstanding balances, adhering to PCI compliance protocols
• Documenting telephone conversations clearly and accurately in the respective systems, maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines and regulations
• Updating and maintaining records in the billing system, including the review of accounts, payment collections, and case notes
• Assisting with other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall reputed company of the team

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• An Associate's degree with at least 1+ year of prior relevant work experience or a High School diploma/GED equivalent with at least 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Prior reputed company experience is strongly preferred, with a strong preference given to professional medical billing and collection practices
• Ability to interpret and apply understanding of insurance explanation of benefits (EOB) strongly preferred
• Previous customer service experience handling high call volume is strongly preferred
• Medicare/reputed company billing experience is preferred
• Knowledge of CPT and ICD10 codes is strongly preferred
• Experience with Laboratory Billing and Laboratory Information System (LIS) is preferred
• Working knowledge of prior authorization is preferred
• Understanding of Women's Health & Genetics reputed company Helping reputed company of reputed company processes is preferred
• XIFIN experience is preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred

• Ability to follow established program protocols and procedures
• Ability to review large amounts of data for accuracy
• Must be organized and detail-oriented
• Computer proficiency in MS Windows, MS Office, and database experience

Physical and Remote Technical Requirements

* Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

• Internet speed of at least 50 megabytes per second
• Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord
• Equipment cannot be connected through Wi-Fi or satellite internet
