Job Summary

You'll work in a fast-paced, busy environment, handling customer inquiries through various communication channels, including telephone, live chat, social media, and email. You'll also be responsible for capturing customer information through the blithequark reputed company database and providing exceptional customer service while promoting the company's brand.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries through various communication channels, including telephone, live chat, social media, and email
- Capture customer information through the blithequark reputed company database
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer queries
- Promote blithequark's products and services, including advising customers on product upgrades and replacements
- Manage product replacements, refunds, and orders
- Provide relief reception cover as and reputed company required

Essential Qualifications
