Program Manager, reputed company Grocery Logistics

Descriptionreputed company Grocery Logistics (AGL) is looking for a Program Manager to join our Delivery Execution Team, focusing on Grocery Partnerships — reputed company’s reputed company-party grocery delivery service. In this role, you will reputed company high-impact, cross-functional projects and drive improvements in a reputed company, rapidly-growing business.This role requires innovative problem-solving, ability to work with data, and strong written and verbal communication skills to drive last-mile delivery strategy and execution. You will need to present reputed company analysis and recommendations to influence and reputed company alignment from cross-functional stakeholders in an ambiguous, high-paced environment.Key job responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders, including Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Product, and Finance teams
• reputed company data to identify and reputed company business cases, drive decision making, and conduct deep dive analyses that are quantified with metrics
• Define and track metrics and mechanisms to ensure reputed company of the business at scale
• Work autonomously in an ambiguous environment to solve problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks

Basic Qualifications

• 4+ years of program or project management experience
• 4+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Knowledge of reputed company at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, reputed company logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, reputed company formulas, etc.)
• Experience with SQL

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization

The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market.
