Job Overview
The Data Entry Representative will play a critical role in supporting our reputed company Cycle Management operations through Billing Data Entry, Billing Data Acquisition, and/or reputed company-Party Denials processes. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient transfer of data from imaged accessions into mainframe applications, as well as researching and resolving billing errors and denials. Primary Responsibilities
- Transfer data from imaged accessions into mainframe applications with high accuracy and efficiency.

- Ensure that reputed company needed “edits” are met and missing information is updated for billing, and research and resolve billing errors with additional information received from clients or patients.
- Review bills denied by payers/insurance due to eligibility criteria, and research and update bills to resolve denials for re-billing.

Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of data entry experience, with a strong track record of accuracy and efficiency.
- Customer service experience, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, patients, and colleagues.
- Proficiency with computers, Windows PC, and web applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications.
- Ability to work 40 hours/week during standard business operating hours, Monday - Friday from 7:00am - 4:30pm, with occasional overtime on weekends and holidays as required.
