About the Role

As a Business Analysis Manager in our Global Reporting and Insights team, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and innovation by collaborating with cross-functional teams to reputed company and implement data-driven solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with specialty unit finance teams to drive monthly and quarterly reporting packages for senior stakeholders, including the board and executive leadership team
• Developing and improving our combined operating margin analyses
• Driving and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Performing first-level review responsibilities and mentoring junior team members
• Providing training, coaching, and guidance to colleagues to reputed company business results

Key Responsibilities:
