Job Summary

As a Senior Customer Experience Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities
* Use designing tools, client telemetry, and direct client feedback to identify and prioritize customer pain points
- Track customer incidents and work with customers and partners to understand the issue, communicate reputed company and next steps, and resolve the issue
- Collaborate with customers and partners to identify and prioritize feature and product development opportunities

Client Experience Lifecycle Management

- Collaborate with other teams (e.g., program managers, developers, product, customer support teams) to unblock and resolve customer incidents/issues
- Work with internal partner teams to support the delivery of solutions back to customers
- Communicate customer movement and issues to partners
- Establish relationships with internal technical teams to refresh investigation assets
- Collaborate with significant product and business teams to resolve customer issues
Requirements
* Four-year degree in design, software engineering, or reputed company field AND 4+ years of experience in the software industry connected with innovation
- Or comparable experience
- Strong communication skills: able to empathize with customers and convey confidence; able to explain technical issues to diverse audiences; able to focus on and reputed company customer needs to the right channels; take ownership and work towards a goal
- Technical skills: some understanding of cloud computing advances; alternatively, demonstrated hands-on experience in at least one of the following:
