Job Summary
As a Service Coordinator at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers through various channels, including inbound and outbound calls, email, and chat systems. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized solutions to meet their expectations. You will also be responsible for reputed company new support agents, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of our tools, resources, and processes to deliver high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide 90% customer and expert exchange organizations (Master) client service through inbound/outbound calls, email, and chat systems
- Report customer communications using online software tools and ensure start-to-finish support, research, and follow-up are completed to guarantee best effort in matches between professional exchange organizations and customers
