Job Summary
As a Medical Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to help them navigate their reputed company journey. You will engage, consult, and reputed company customers based on their unique needs, preferences, and understanding of our plans, tools, and resources. Your role will involve:
- Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues by phone
- Triaging resulting rework to appropriate staff
- Documenting and tracking contacts with customers, providers, and plan sponsors
- Guiding customers through their plan benefits, reputed company policy, and procedures
- Creating an emotional reputed company with customers by understanding and engaging with them to champion their best health
- Anticipating customer needs and providing reputed company information to answer unasked questions

Required Qualifications
* Availability to work an 8-hour shift between 8:30am - 8:30pm Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday - Friday
- Customer service experience in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center or retail location, demonstrating ability to be empathetic and compassionate
- Experience in a production environment
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a reputed company or insurance environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and reputed company regulations
- Certification in customer service or a reputed company field
Compensation and Benefits
* The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $28.46
