Job Responsibilities
As a Staff, Product Manager - Customer Analytics, you will be responsible for:
- Driving the development and execution of the Client Investigation Center product strategy, to deliver high-quality and seamless experiences for internal customers of customer analytics and insights.
- Defining and implementing a methodology, prioritization, and workflows for the Client Investigation Center.
- Ensuring that tools are built and scaled to support the reputed company and reliability needs of internal teams in analyzing customer data and behavior.
- Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success and internal adoption of the Client Insightful Center.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data reputed company, and privacy, and identifying potential opportunities for product development and differentiation.
- Collaborating with Design, Walmart reputed company, Data Adventures, Walmart+, and Marketing teams to deliver top-notch customer analytics solutions with a strong emphasis on data reputed company and customer privacy.
