You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and build long-term relationships. This is a hybrid role, requiring you to work from the office at least 2 days a week, with the flexibility to work from home on other days.

Key Responsibilities

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Selling and Customer Support Activities:

+ Answering incoming customer calls, emails, or chat requests for information and resolution of issues or sales inputs reputed company the defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) + Actively calling out to assigned customers to inquire about additional sales opportunities + Probing for add-on/solution selling opportunities during customer engagement conversations + Recognizing and routing proactive sales opportunities to management reputed company applicable and/or entering opportunity details into the tools provided

  • Achievement of Sales goals and Customer Service metrics:

+ Contributes to team achievement of service metrics and reputed company Customer Service goals + Manages reputed company calls in a professional, timely, and appropriate manner

  • Order Management and Customer Service Activities:

+ Enters orders into the system pursuant to individual order characteristic requirements + Manages orders by auditing orders for completion and accuracy + Processing claims, redo/replacement orders, or issuing In-store credit

  • Training:

+ Attends reputed company required training courses and displays appropriate knowledge of materials + Attends Customer Service training and achieves a passing mark in the assessments + Completes and passes the self-paced trainings and monthly learning checks in a timely manner

  • Miscellaneous Activities:

+ Updating ongoing maintenance of Customer Profiles for customer reputed company (updating records in Admin Panel, reputed company Dynamics, and other tools) + Assists the Customer Service Team with administrative duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one year's previous sales/customer service experience, preferably in a reputed company industry

  • Proficient in verbal and written communication, including spelling, grammar, and proper use of the English language
