Key Responsibilities
As a Collision Repair Customer Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between our Internal Body Shop and customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling maintenance and coordinating with the Body Shop to ensure efficient vehicle processing
- Serving as a liaison between Customer Claim Specialists and the Body Shop, facilitating effective communication and resolving any issues that may arise
- Preparing vehicles for arrival, including reputed company and CCC management, to ensure a smooth and efficient repair process
- Providing exceptional customer service and managing customer expectations, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
- Coordinating rental arrangements and handoffs to minimize downtime and inconvenience to customers

- Reordering materials and components as needed to maintain a well-stocked inventory
