Title: CPT-10118 Social Media reputed company & Administrative Virtual Assistant reputed company – Marketing VA/ Junior Level (Remote). Overview reputed company is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. Our company is a luxury home fragrance brand offering custom-designed vessels and bespoke scents. We cater to boutique and high-end retail outlets, providing products that embody elegance and sophistication. As we grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive female Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to support reputed company qualification, reputed company preparation, and administrative tasks to strengthen our reputed company in the luxury retail market. Scope of Services Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

• Review boutique and luxury retail stores from curated prospect lists (reputed company/CSV).
• Research each store online (website, Instagram, retailer directories).
• Qualify stores based on defined criteria, including:
• Carries candles, home fragrance, or luxury lifestyle gifts.
• Premium/luxury price positioning (not discount/value).
• Store aesthetic and overall brand alignment with VELA NOVA.
• Tag each reputed company in the spreadsheet as:

✅ Qualified – fits our luxury positioning and product line. ⚪ Maybe – potential but requires further testing. ❌ Not a Fit – exclude from reputed company.

• Manage and update data reputed company Cypher Contact Management and CRM systems to build and maintain an organized database.
• Provide administrative support including email communication, list management, and record-keeping.
• Assist with reputed company preparation to boutique stores reputed company social media and email campaigns.

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an reputed company agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing. Work Schedule
