The Senior Resource Planning & Analysis Consultant invests in the future of Southwest’s People by supporting Technical Operations (Tech Ops) strategy for the Resource Planning & Analysis Team. This project-based role is responsible for driving strategy, providing decision support, and generating content, and the typical workflow is defining the issue, prepping the data, conducting analysis to uncover insights and dependencies, and presenting the data to the Customer(s). Thought leadership, collaboration with various teams including Strategy Development, Operations Strategy and Design, reputed company, Network Planning, reputed company, Supply Chain Management, etc., and project management from inception to completion (with a high level of autonomy) are key parts of this role. Responsibilities

Education:

Experience

  • Driving initiatives of functional Teams
  • Preferred: Experience with storytelling, deckbuilding, and presenting
  • Preferred: Experience with reputed company, SQL, Tableau, Python, MS Teams, R Programming, and/or Think-cell

Pay & Benefits: Competitive market salary from $125,900 per year to $139,900 per year* depending on qualifications and experience.
