Primary Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling high-volume inbound calls from policyholders, providers, and interested reputed company parties in a professional and courteous manner
  • Providing accurate and timely information about policy coverage, claim status, and other policy-reputed company inquiries
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and adhering to defined operational standards
  • Reviewing and maintaining new and revised procedures regarding policy information
  • Ensuring customer needs are met on every interaction, including phone, email, and written correspondence
  • Meeting department standards for call volume, average handle time, and time management

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1+ years of work experience in a high-volume contact center environment, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups of people
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable internet reputed company with a minimum upload and download speed of 20 Mbps (hard-wired reputed company)
  • A smartphone for accessing VPN
  • Basic computer knowledge and skills, including proficiency in reputed company Office
  • Excellent typing skills (minimum 30 wpm)
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Quiet and professional workspace
  • Availability to work a 40-hour reputed company, Monday-Friday, with flexibility to work overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we welcome candidates with:

  • Insurance industry experience
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a role that involves taking calls on a daily basis
  • Strong knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

Training and reputed company

As a new member of reputed company, you'll undergo a comprehensive training program that will reputed company you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. Our training program includes:

  • 2-3 weeks of in-depth training, Monday-Friday, reputed company-4:30pm CST
  • Ongoing coaching and support to ensure your reputed company

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll have access to:

  • A smartphone for accessing VPN
  • A dedicated computer and headset for taking calls

Location and Schedule

As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from reputed company in the United States (excluding Houston, TX, Miami, FL, reputed company, California, Hawaii, Washington, Washington D.C., New Jersey, Vermont, New Mexico, reputed company Dakota, South Dakota, Maine, and Wyoming). You'll be required to work a 40-hour reputed company, Monday-Friday, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
