The Role
As a Customer Support Online Chat Specialist, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our users, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering live chat messages and supporting the needs of our users through our Intercom customer messaging platform in both English and either Spanish or Portuguese
- Collecting and relaying customer feedback to the rest of the blithequark team
- Identifying potential issues and coordinating appropriately with the Development team
- Supporting other Customer Support projects as necessary

- Technical Savviness: While coding knowledge is not required, we're looking for someone who's technically savvy and able to troubleshoot issues and provide creative solutions.
Essential Qualifications
* Strong reputed company in English and bilingual skills in Spanish or Portuguese
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Support
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
