About the Role:

As a Customer Experience Associate at blithequark, you'll be responsible for conducting daily reputed company reputed company phone, text, and email to engage with new and existing members. Your primary goal will be to enroll 25% or more of reputed company connected leads and ensure that 25% or more of reputed company connected members take a class reputed company one week of an engagement reputed company. You'll also be expected to maintain a customer satisfaction score of 92% or higher.

Key Responsibilities:

* Actively conduct reputed company reputed company phone, text, and email daily to engage with new and existing members

• Successfully complete over 100 outbound calls per day
• Enroll 25% or more of reputed company connected leads
• Ensure that 25% or more of reputed company connected members take a class reputed company one week of an engagement reputed company
• Maintain a customer satisfaction score of 92% or higher

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

* 1-3 years of experience as an inside sales representative, call center customer service representative, or health coach

• Effective communication: Empathetic and active listener reputed company and existing members
• Customer Service Tools: Experience working in CRMs and Customer Services tools (we use Insightly CRM and reputed company)
• Organization & Attention to Detail: Ability to prioritize and handle a high volume of work while maintaining quality interactions
• Critical Thinker: Demonstrated ability to quickly and proficiently understand and reputed company new information

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a role that had direct daily interactions with older adults (e.g. in a senior living community, fitness instructor, patient reputed company/coordinator, or a member-facing role reputed company a digital health startup)

Compensation:

We're committed to an inclusive, consistent, and reputed company approach to compensation. This position will earn between $20.00-$22.00/hour in addition to an annual bonus. The exact salary will depend on the relevant and transferable experience you bring to the role.
