• Utilize blithequark's prescription data entry methodology and rules to process new patient enrollments and enter information into the system.
• Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing.
• Investigate to obtain missing prescription data and interpret medical abbreviations (SIG codes).
• Resolve reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions and communicate with patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders as needed.
• Provide support to pharmacists, both in the office and in other locations, and escalate issues to senior-level staff as appropriate.

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic level computer skills, including starting and shutting down a computer, using a mouse, starting and closing programs, switching between applications, saving files, printing documents, and accessing information online.
